Zu den fr\u00fchen Besuchern geh\u00f6rte Hermann Kogelschatz, von Amerika reiste auch der Potsdamer Wolfram Eberhard an. &nbsp;<br \/> &nbsp;<br \/> \u00dcber Eberhard steht in einem Nachruf:<br \/> \u201e1958 war er in Burma, 1960 in Afghanistan, Korea und Taiwan, wo er das Erziehungswesen, bzw. die Familienplanung (Taiwan) untersuchte. Zu Taiwan unterhielt er enge Beziehungen, und er lehrte regelm\u00e4\u00dfig an der National Taiwan University. \u201c<br \/> (H. Walravens, in: Oriens Extremus, 1990, Heft 2, S. 7)<br \/> &nbsp;<br \/> Wolfram Eberhard, der schon in den drei\u00dfiger Jahren China besucht hate, galt damals als Vorbild und war mit dem damaligen Heidelberger Professor Wolfgang Bauer befreundet, bei dem L. Ledderose und R.G. Wagner studierten.<br \/> Auf einer T\u00fcbinger Seite ist \u00fcber <a href=\"https:\/\/uni-tuebingen.de\/fakultaeten\/philosophische-fakultaet\/fachbereiche\/asien-orient-wissenschaften\/sinologie\/personen\/emeritussenior-professor\/prof-dr-hermann-kogelschatz\/\">Hermann Kogelschatz<\/a> zu lesen:<br \/> &nbsp;<br \/> \u201e1963 \u2013 1965 regul\u00e4res Studium der chinesischen Geschichte, Literatur und Philosophie an der National Taiwan University in Taipei (Stipendium des Kultusministeriums der R.O.C.). Deutschlehrer am Deutsch-chinesischen Kulturinstitut, am Zentrum f\u00fcr europ\u00e4ische Sprachen des Kultusministeriums sowie im Erziehungsprogramm des staatlichen Fernsehens.\u201c<br \/> &nbsp;<br \/> Kogelschatz hat auch in Heidelberg studiert und kannte Helmut <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruhr-uni-bochum.de\/oaw\/slc\/geschichte.html\">Martin,<\/a> der bald auf die Insel flog:<br \/> &nbsp;<br \/> \u201ewurde 1966 Assistent am Sinologischen Seminar in Heidelberg und ging mittels eines Stipendiums f\u00fcr weitere Forschungsarbeiten zu Li Yu f\u00fcr drei Jahre nach Taiwan.\u201c<br \/> &nbsp;<br \/> Helmut Martin war der Nachfolger von Alfred Hoffmann in Bochum, bei dem Wilfried Spaar studiert hatte:<br \/> &nbsp;<br \/> \u201eWie lange waren Sie dann in Taipei?<br \/> WS: F\u00fcnf Jahre. Nach einem Jahr hab ich dort dann einen Job bekommen, an der Shida [Guoli Taiwan Shifan Daxue \u570b\u7acb\u81fa\u7063\u5e2b\u7bc4\u5927\u5b78], die haben mich dort zum Prof. gemacht. Zwar nicht f\u00fcr Chinesisch, aber f\u00fcr Sprachwissenschaft. Und das Sch\u00f6ne war dann, ich war dort zust\u00e4ndig f\u00fcr Deutsch, f\u00fcr die Ausbildung der Musiker, denn die Studierenden der Musikwissenschaften mussten dort Deutsch lernen sowie die Juristen, diese mussten ebenfalls Deutsch lernen. Das war ganz lustig. Nebenher war ich noch zust\u00e4ndig f\u00fcr Latein. Ich habe also auf Chinesisch Latein unterrichtet.<br \/> An der Shida bin ich auch erstmal geblieben, ich hatte meinen Job an der Shida was ganz sch\u00f6n war und hatte dadurch sozusagen ein \u00f6konomisches Standbein wodurch ich nebenbei machen konnte was mir Spa\u00df machte. Meistens mit dem Motorrad durchs Gebirge fahren oder irgendwelche Berge besteigen. Das war damals etwas schwierig, zu der Zeit als das Land ja offiziell noch unter Milit\u00e4rregierung stand, waren topographische Karten noch verboten.\u201c<br \/> (Ausschnitt aus<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zo.uni-heidelberg.de\/sinologie\/shan\/nl-archiv\/2018_NL96_2.html\">&nbsp;Interview mit Dr. Wilfried Spaar am 12. Juli 2018, Teil 2<\/a>)<br \/> &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"BIld 154 Formosa\" data-node-id=\"\/2\/477\/478\/850\/851\/133921\/142586\/315633\" height=\"341\" src=\"https:\/\/shan-hd.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/bild_154_formosa.jpg\" style=\"border-style: solid; border-width: 0px; border-color: black; margin: 0px;\" width=\"624\"><br \/> &nbsp;<br \/> Im Jahr 1895 wurde das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daad.org.tw\/files\/2018\/12\/Deutsches-Konsulat-624x341.jpg\">Konsulat des Deutschen Kaiserreichs in Taipeh<\/a> in Twatutia (\u5927\u7a3b\u57d5) errichtet.
